Dear person looking for crew:(my birthday 2 weeks ago)
I have been actively racing for 20+ years on boats ranging from small(Lightenings)to large(Santa Cruz 70)in races from New England to the Carribean. I am a 5'7", 140 pound physically fit and happy female. I LOVE the pit but have done everything else (except drive during racing). Am happiest the minute I step on a dock even though I do thouroughly enjoy my real life job (professional firefighter/EMT). Antigua Race Week is on my list of dreams.
I am looking for a crew position on either a classic yacht or a larger (>60') racing yacht for the Antigua Classic Yacht Race or Antigua Race Week respectively.
I have thirty years of sailing / racing experience and currently own a Sabre 386 and sail / race in US - New England Waters. I have been chartering in the Caribbean for twenty years. I am a US Merchant Marine with a degree in Marine Engineering and have recently completed the USCG offshore 100T Captains License course with sailing endorsement.
I have an array of skills and can handle most any position on board and would be an attribute to any crew.

Kiwi and Aussie looking for 2 positions
My Wife and I are looking for a boat for Antigua week, we have accommodation near the Habour and will be there from the 16th April.
I've raced mostly on 40.7's in the following regattas

2008 Round the Island Race
2008 Cork Week 1st (9/9 races)
2007 Fastnet retired whilst in 1st place
I'd prefer to be on a competitive boat, but happy with a social one as well.
I've been in all positions, but raced mostly as trimmers. I have RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Qualification and was Navigator in Fastnet.
My Wife has race experience in some positions, knows her way around a boat, but is happy as ballast as well.
